Delivery Terms<\/h3>\n\n<p>The services provided by MedyaFi (&#8220;Company&#8221;) are digital in nature, and no physical cargo shipping is involved. Delivery conditions are determined based on the type of service purchased, as follows:<\/p>\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Domain Name and Hosting Services:<\/strong> Upon approval of the purchase and payment, delivery is fulfilled electronically (via email and customer panel) automatically by the system or within a maximum of 24 hours.<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Bulk Email Services:<\/strong> Purchased bulk email packages or sending credits are allocated to the user&#8217;s account, panel access is granted, or necessary API\/server integrations are completed and delivered electronically within 24 hours following payment approval.<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Website Design, AI-Supported Software, and Content Creation:<\/strong> These services are subject to the project deadlines mutually agreed upon with the customer. Delivery is considered complete upon the completion of the project&#8217;s go-live process, installation on the server, or the transmission of digital files (code, design, text, etc.) to the customer via cloud storage or email.<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>SaaS Platform Usage:<\/strong> Once the subscription is initiated, the user&#8217;s login credentials are transmitted instantly in the electronic environment, and the use of the service begins upon payment approval.<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Consulting Services:<\/strong> Delivered via online meetings (video conference), phone calls, or the transmission of digital reports in accordance with the schedule mutually determined by the parties.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h3>2. Return and Cancellation Policy (Right of Withdrawal)<\/h3>\n\n<p>In accordance with the Turkish Consumer Protection Law and Article 15 (g) of the Distance Contracts Regulation, &#8220;contracts regarding services performed instantly in the electronic environment or intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer&#8221; are among the exceptions to the right of withdrawal. In this context:<\/p>\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Non-Refundable Services:<\/strong> There is no right of return and cancellation (right of withdrawal) for successfully registered domain names, custom-made websites and specialized software developments (including AI integrations) tailored to the customer&#8217;s specific requests, SaaS platform subscriptions granted instant access, completed\/delivered digital content, and bulk email services\/credits assigned to the account or where usage has begun.<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Cancellation of Bulk Email Packages:<\/strong> For bulk email services purchased as commitments\/subscriptions on a monthly or annual basis, no refunds will be made for the current period if the sending rights (credits) are partially or fully used. Cancellation requests will become effective for the next billing cycle.<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Cancellation of Ongoing Services:<\/strong> Hosting services or monthly\/annually renewed SaaS subscriptions can be canceled before the start of the next billing cycle. The canceled service can continue to be used until the end of the current billing cycle; however, no partial refunds are provided for retroactive usage periods.<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Cancellation of Consulting and Projects:<\/strong> For long-term projects (web design, custom software, etc.), a full refund is issued for cancellation requests made before the work begins. However, for projects where the development process has already started, the time spent and value created up to that point (labor cost) are deducted, and the remaining amount, if any, is refunded.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h3>3. Payment and Security<\/h3>\n\n<p>The iyzico payment infrastructure is used for credit card collections made through our website.
